Answering governments’ needs to enhance economic development by monetising untapped reserves

Political instability and rising operating costs together with fierce competition and limited new areas for exploration has made securing energy supplies ever more difficult. IOC’s and service companies who are committed to the North Africa region need to create sustainable partnerships to remain competitive.

The North Africa Oil & Gas Summit is the true premier regional event

where IOCs will differentiate themselves from one another and to host governments by proving their technology capabilities and their efficiency at managing complex projects.

Oil field services are increasingly working with National oil companies instead of oil majors, they will therefore also benefit from being in front of government representatives and NOC’s decision makers.

This summit enables governments within the region to showcase their energy strategy and expose their needs to international investors who will understand what added values they have to bring to the table to win them over.

Key topics to be discussed:

  • Setting the scene: Reviewing the energy strategy of each North Africa country
  • Unlocking North Africa’s potential through regional integration
  • Non-technical risk requirements including manpower, environmental, social and security risks
  • Creating wealth for the local community
  • Delve into the specific challenges of each country through our country roundtables led by each NOC and government representative
  • Focus on the solutions and the latest technologies available to develop offshore deepwater, mature fields and unconventional plays
